Other terms of the deal were not disclosed. Publix, Bed Bath & Beyond, PetSmart and Ross Dress for Less anchor the center, which was 88.6 percent leased at the time of sale. Additional tenants include Dollar Tree, Bank of America, KFC, Wells Fargo and Goody’s. Big V Property Group, the property management affiliate of Big V Capital, will manage Oakwood Commons.
