Big V Property Group has closed on Spalding Village, a 235,318 square foot regional shopping center in Griffin, GA. The center is ideally located at 1424 N Expressway, a highly trafficked retail corridor adjacent to the University of GA Griffin campus and within the Atlanta MSA. Spalding Village is anchored by Hobby Lobby, Ross Dress for Less, Goodwill and Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, with additional discount tenants Cato and Bargain Hunt and many smaller national and local service-oriented tenants. The center was purchased from RCG and is 93% leased. Big V Property Group owns and operates 44 neighborhood and community shopping centers totaling nearly 6 million square feet, primarily located in the southeastern region of the US. Big V Property Group has 36 employees located in five offices with major offices in Charlotte, NC, Bristol, TN and Florida, NY.
